Our Team
Ross
Founder and CEO
Ross, founder and CEO, started his work career in 1985 working in his family’s electrical business. While working as a journeyman electrician, he always enjoyed outfitting any new work vehicles that were added to their fleet. While occasionally setting up a work truck, Ross realized there was a definite need in the market for a truck outfitter. Ross took a leap of faith and started ProTech in March of 2004, working part-time. While it was a lot of hard work being a “one-man band”, it was obvious there was potential. 2024 marks 20 years in business for the ProTech team!
Brent
Co-Owner / Business Development Manager
Brent has always been intrigued with trucks and other vehicles and was never scared to get his hands dirty. Brent came to work with his father, Ross, straight out of high school. He started with doing installs and since then, he has had a hand in each aspect of the business except accounting. He is part owner of the business and is currently the business development manager.
Bryan
Purchasing and Procurement Management
Bryan joined the Protech team in 2019, his primary responsibilities are purchasing and procurement management. Bryan has over 9 years of experience in the truck equipment industry with experience ranging from inside and outside sales to parts and warranty administration.
Courteney
Accounting / Finance
Courteney joined the Protech team in 2022, she handles the accounting and finance aspects of the business. Courteney has over ten years of combined experience handling accounting and finance for organizations in the Midwestern United States. Courteney strives to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
Gary
Service / Shop Manager
Gary joined the ProTech team in 2018, he brings over 20 years of industry experience to the team. His career in the industry started as a technician, he worked his way up to management. As the service/shop manager, Gary manages all aspects of the shop including scheduling, quality assurance, and management of the technicians to name a few.
Tony
Marketing / Sales
Tony joined the Protech team in 2023, his primary responsibilities are in the marketing and sales portion of the business. Most of Tony’s professional experience is related to the construction industry with roles ranging from project/risk management to sales and marketing.
